What We Do:
- Procurement Management: We handle the entire procurement lifecycle, from identifying sourcing needs to contract management and supplier relationship management.
- Vendor Selection: We rigorously evaluate and select vendors based on criteria such as quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness to ensure the best outcomes for the university.
- Contract Negotiation: Our team negotiates contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions that align with the university's interests.
- Budget Compliance: We work closely with budget stakeholders to ensure that all procurement activities adhere to budgetary constraints and financial regulations.
