IBU organized Legal Clinic Introductory Session

Asst. Prof. Dr. Ebru Ibish, member of the IBU Faculty of Law and Coordinator of Legal Clinic, conducted an introductory session for the IBU Legal Clinic for students in the Faculty of Law.

 

The session addressed key topics, including the IBU Legal Clinic's annual activities, the significance of providing free legal aid, the importance of pro bono work, and the application of the Law on Free Legal Aid.

 

A primary objective of the legal clinic is to offer free legal aid to vulnerable groups, build the knowledge and skills of students for working with individuals belonging to vulnerable groups, strengthen the capacities of the Faculty of Law to deliver clinical education, organize activities for legal strengthening of the community, and organize panels, conferences, and workshops on specific legal areas.
