Within the framework of the program activities of the Department of Architecture and the Department of Urban Planning, and organized by the Chamber of Certified Architects and Certified Engineers of North Macedonia, the Third Annual Meeting of Architects and Urban Architects was held on November 29-30, 2024, at the House of the Army in Bitola.

As an active member of the Chamber and part of the organizing committee, Asst. Nadica Angova Kolevska from the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Engineering at IBU, delivered the opening speech at the beginning of the event.

In her speech, she emphasized the importance of fostering stronger networks among architects and urban planners in today's society, aiming for more active cooperation and exchange of experiences and best practices, not only within the country but also internationally.

In the second part of the event, she led two panel discussions on the topics: Architectural Path: From Idea to Realization, and a round table on the topic Urban Planning of Cities for the Future.

The two-day meeting was an exceptional experience, during which a wealth of useful information was shared. The statutory objectives of the Chamber were fully realized, including the promotion of the architectural and engineering professions, the exchange of best practices both locally and internationally, and the strengthening of the Chamber members' capacities.
