Enhancing Legal Skills Through Moot Court Sessions in Criminal Procedural Law

Integrating theoretical knowledge with practical application is a fundamental aspect of procedural courses. Fourth-year students, under the mentorship of Asst. Prof. Dr. Ebru Ibish, have initiated their moot court sessions as part of the Criminal Procedural Law course.

In these proceedings, the students tackled a criminal case involving robbery and murder. The students exhibited outstanding performance during their presentations, showcasing their proficiency and understanding of the legal concepts involved.

Moot courts in the Faculty of Law will continue to serve as a valuable platform for students to refine their legal skills and participate in simulated courtroom proceedings.
