The Faculty of Law had the distinct honor of hosting Professor Dr. Jovan Andonovski, former Deputy Ombudsman. Professor Andonovski delivered a truly insightful lecture on the vital role of the ombudsman in a democratic society.

Throughout his presentation, Professor Andonovski eloquently elaborated on the ombudsman's indispensable role in promoting, protecting, and ensuring human rights and fundamental freedoms, while also addressing issues of maladministration.

He underscored the profound impact the ombudsman has in safeguarding citizens' rights and fostering greater accountability within public administration.

This event was organized as part of the Faculty of Law’s guest lecture series for second-year students in the course Administrative Law, under the direction of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Natalija Shikova and Teaching Assistant Entoni Miska.
