Three Professional Development Workshops for Work@Campus Students at Popova Sapka

As part of the Work@Campus program, three professional development workshops were successfully conducted for participating students.

These workshops, held at Popova Sapka and led by Ms. Haxhere Aliu, the program coordinator, were designed to equip students with essential skills and strategies for both personal and professional growth.

The sessions covered the following topics:

- Career Planning – guiding students in developing structured approaches to their career progression.

- Paint Your Career Path – utilizing creative methods to help students visualize their career aspirations and discuss them in depth.

- Vision Board – engaging students in designing vision boards to conceptualize and articulate their goals.

During the Career Planning workshop, students explored:

- Identifying and aligning personal values with professional aspirations.

- Establishing SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) to enhance clarity and focus.

- Structuring goals into actionable timelines to ensure effective implementation.

These workshops provided an excellent platform for students to reflect on their career objectives, strengthen their planning capabilities, and gain practical tools for their future endeavors.

Through initiatives such as Work@Campus, the International Balkan University reaffirms its commitment to fostering student success by bridging academic learning with career readiness.
