International Balkan University formalized a partnership with PSY Ent, a consultancy specializing in psychological science for recruitment, assessment, and organizational development. This collaboration underscores our shared mission of empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their fullest potential.

To celebrate this partnership, Counselling and Psychological Service organized a workshop titled "What Is Your Story? Ask a Therapist" on the same day.

The event offered students a unique opportunity to explore personal narratives, mental health, and self-discovery. Led by experienced therapists Frosina Stojkoski Nedinkovska, Tome Nedinkovski, Jana Petreska, the interactive session sparked meaningful discussions and inspired students to reflect on their journeys. The positive energy and high participation made it a memorable experience for all involved.

The agreement was officially signed by IBU Rector Prof. Dr. Lutfi Sunar during a meeting with the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Igballe Miftari-Fetishi, the Head of the Department of Psychological Counseling and Guidance, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Katerina Mitevska Petrusheva, and Asst. Fatime Ziberi.

This partnership marks the beginning of exciting opportunities for our students and faculty, including skill-building workshops and access to innovative practices in organizational development.
