The 10th International Student Symposium, organized by UDEF with the contributions of Istanbul Technical University (ITU), IBU, and many other stakeholders in Istanbul, has started.

Prof. Dr. Lutfi Sunar, Rector of IBU, delivered a meaningful speech at the opening ceremony of the symposium, where he stated that international students not only contribute to the educational environment of a country, but also make significant contributions to inter-country relations and bridges after graduation.

In addition to Prof. Dr. Lutfi Sunar, speeches were delivered by Dr. Enes Eminoğlu, Deputy Minister of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Türkiye; Davut Gül, Governor of Istanbul; Prof. Dr. Hasan Mandal, Rector of Istanbul Technical University; and Abdullah Muhammed Islam, President of UDEF.

After the opening ceremony, the symposium continued with a panel discussion titled "The Future of International Students in Turkey."

Throughout the day, participants will present their papers to the audience.
