International Balkan University (IBU) and Turkish-German University have formalized their partnership with a cooperation agreement signed by IBU Rector Prof. Dr. Lutfi Sunar and Turkish-German University Rector Prof. Dr. Cemal Yıldız.
During the meeting, both institutions discussed topics such as student exchanges, joint research projects, and collaborative academic programs.
