The Prime Minister of the Republic of North Macedonia, Mr. Talat Xhaferi, visited the International Balkan University

Prime Minister Xhaferi was welcomed by Bilal Sucubasi, Ajdovan Ademoski, Imer Selmani, Salih Murati, Eser Cevahir, Süleyman Baki, members of the management board of IBU, Rector of IBU Prof. Dr. Lütfi Sunar, Vice Rectors and the General Secretariat.
During the meeting with the university management, Prime Minister Xhaferi was briefed on the functioning and current activities of this institution of higher education by the academic staff.
Expressing satisfaction with the existence and operation of the university, Mr. Xhaferi emphasized the significant importance of such advanced institutions of higher education in achieving exceptional success in students' further professional development.
The meeting discussed the challenges facing higher education in the country, the necessary reforms to implement in education, which are fundamental prerequisites for producing qualified personnel, and systemic solutions. Prime Minister Xhaferi declared that the government would consistently advocate for the needs of educational institutions as they shape the nation's future.Prime Minister Xhaferi toured the campus and visited the Faculty of Dental Medicine, Vocational Medical School and Balkan Laboratories.
