Visit of court trials in the Civil Court in Skopje
Based on the signed memorandum for cooperation between IBU Faculty of Law and Basic Civil Court Skopje for regular visits to court trials and conducting internship, on 05.03.2024 a group of students from the Legal Studies Department, Faculty of Law, had the first visit to court trials.
They had the opportunity to attend court trials in 3 different areas: litigation procedure, non-litigation procedure and labor relations.
The students showed great interest in the trials and discussed with the judges about the procedural rules.
The students were accompanied by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nikola Dacev.
