IBU Faculty of Law in partnership with Fairleigh Dickinson University, launched a Joint Course in Comparative Constitutional Law

Selected group of FLAW students will be given an unique opportunity to delve in the most important issues concerning different constitutional systems and their relationship to history, culture, politics and human rights. After completing the course, the students will be capable of addressing the ways in which different constitutions and constitutional systems deal with specific topics, such as division of power, judicial review, human rights protection and antidiscrimination.
