IBU signed memorandum with Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University
International Balkan University (IBU) signed a bilateral memorandum with Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University, Turkiye.
This memorandum aims to develop and strengthen scientific research, to establish connections in education, science, and culture, between faculty members, researchers, and students of both universities, and to ensure mutual mobility.
On behalf of the Ağrı İbrahim Çeçen University, the memorandum was signed by the Rector of this university, Prof. Dr. Abdulhalik Karabulut, and on behalf of the International Balkan University, the memorandum was signed by Vice-rector of IBU, Asst. Prof. Dr. Seyhan Murtezan Ibrahimi.
