Prof. Dr. Nikola Dacev conducted a series of lectures at Comenius University, Slovakia

Within the Erasmus + staff mobility for teaching, the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nikola Dacev conducted a series of lectures at the Faculty of Law, Comenius University, Bratislava, Slovakia to the PhD students in the Civil Law Department related to the development of civil law in North Macedonia (civil law codification process) and about the importance of civil law codification, the historical development of the civil codes, and a brief analysis of the civil codes in the Balkan countries.

Also, he conducted lectures for the students in the first cycle studies in the field of comparative obligations about the regulations of obligatory relations in North Macedonia, specifically contract law with a special focus on e-commerce contracts.

The interactivity during the classes with the students, the interest they showed in the lectures and the master programs of IBU Faculty of Law, the developed discussions and shared professional experience, research ideas, and future collaboration plans with the academic staff from the host institution have immensely contributed to the positive impact of the mobility.
