International Balkan University (IBU) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Turkish Language Association (TDK).
On behalf of the IBU, the memorandum was signed by Prof. Dr. Lutfi Sunar, the Rector of IBU, and on behalf of the TDK, the memorandum was signed by Prof. Dr. Osman Mert, the President of TDK.
