IBU professors attended the International Scientific Conference in Budva

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Liza Alili Sulejmani, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, was invited as a panelist in the XVL International Scientific Conference "The Teacher of the Future", held on 23-26 May 2024 in Budva, Montenegro, discussing on the topic: Tourism - Open Balkan Perspectives.


Asst. Prof. Dr. Marta Vejseli from the Faculty of Law during the conference presented her paper, "The Notion of 'State Aid': A Guide to Applicability and Compliance in the Private and Public Sector."


In addition, Asst. Prof. Dr. Seyhan Murtezan Ibrahimi, the Vice-Rector of Education, and Asst. Diellza Bilalli also participated in this prestigious conference gathering academicians from the Balkan region and beyond.


Her presentation offered valuable insights for governmental officials and private sector entities, elucidating the conditions under which EU State aid rules apply to governmental support measures.


In addition to sharing her findings, she also moderated the thematic session on Social Sciences.


The focus of the conference was the transfer of knowledge and the newest research papers as well as to emphasize the significance, importance, power, and practical application of knowledge in contemporary and modern society.
