International Balkan University (IBU) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Trakya University, Edirne, Turkiye.
On behalf of the IBU, the memorandum was signed by Prof. Dr. Lutfi Sunar, the Rector of IBU, and on behalf of the Trakya University, the memorandum was signed by Prof. Dr. Erhan Tabakoğlu, the Rector of the Trakya University.
