We are very pleased to share the outcomes of the guest lecture “Digital Marketing Analysis Tools and KPIs -Key Performance Indicators” which was held on June 4, 2024, organized by the Communication Department, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (FHSS), and held by a marketing expert MSc. Dražen Koteski, Business Development Manager at 4virtus.
Students were introduced to the different types of digital marketing analysis tools and were explained the important role that data-driven decision-making plays in enhancing campaign performance, improving ROI, and assessing and understanding customer behavior.
The significance of different KPIs in evaluation/re-evaluation for the success of future campaigns was also pointed out.
