International Balkan University (IBU) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Karabük University, Turkiye.
On behalf of the IBU, the memorandum was signed by Prof. Dr. Lutfi Sunar, the Rector of IBU, and on behalf of the Karabük University, the memorandum was signed by Prof. Dr. Fatih Kırışık, the Rector of the Karabük University.
