International Balkan University (IBU) opened a Call for New Academic Positions in the following fields:

1. Faculty of Dental Medicine

2. Faculty of Law

3. Faculty of Education

4. Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences

5. Faculty of Art and Design

6. Faculty of Engineering

7. Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences

8. Vocational Medical School

I. Candidates, in addition to the general conditions established by Articles 164, 165, 166, 167, 168, 169, and 170 of the Law on Higher Education (Official Gazette of RNM No. 82/2018, 154/2019, 178/2021 and 58/24), should also meet the following conditions:

• Excellent knowledge of the English language, which is confirmed by a diploma from a relevant institution (the employer has the right to conduct a test and/or interview);

• to fulfill the special conditions prescribed by the Rulebook on criteria and procedure for the selection of teaching-scientific, teaching-professional, teaching and associate positions at the International Balkan University;

• Previous experience in an academic environment will be considered an advantage;

• Knowledge of local languages ​​(Macedonian, Albanian, and/or Turkish) will be considered an advantage;

II. Candidates for the selection of teaching-scientific, teaching-professional, teaching, and associate positions should submit the following documents:

• motivational letter;

• full academic biography (CV);

• diploma for completed third cycle studies (original or copy certified by a notary);

• diploma for completed second cycle studies (original or copy certified by a notary);

• diploma for completed first cycle studies diploma (original or copy certified by a notary);

• foreign diplomas must be nostrificated (in original or a copy certified by a notary);

• a list of published scientific and professional papers (one copy of the papers electronically in PDF) and;

• certificate of citizenship.

III. Interested candidates should submit the documents listed in point II only in electronic version (soft copy) to the following email address: hr@ibu.edu.mk no later than August 5, 2024.

Only selected candidates at the employer's request must submit the documents listed in point II in hard copy.
