International Balkan University (IBU) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Harran University, Şanlıurfa, Turkiye.
On behalf of the IBU, the memorandum was signed by Prof. Dr. Lutfi Sunar, the Rector of IBU, and on behalf of the Harran University, the memorandum was signed by Prof. Dr. Mehmet Tahir Güllüoğlu, the Rector of the Harran University.
