IBU organized the 3rd Academic Staff Meeting

International Balkan University (IBU) organized the 3rd Academic Staff Meeting, in which participated the rector, vice-rectors, deans, secretary general, professors, assistants and all the academic staff.

 

This meeting where was evaluated the 2023-2024 academic year also marks the beginning of the new academic year 2024-2025.

 

Prof. Dr. Lutfi Sunar, the Rector of IBU, delivered his opening remarks and presented an overview of the IBU’s strategic goals, key numbers, and developments.

 

After that, Prof. Dr. Snezana Bilic, the Vice-Rector, talked about academic performance and upcoming projects that are critical to IBU’s research objectives for the year.

 

In addition, Asst. Prof. Dr. Özlem Kurt presented a summary of last year's course assessment results, which provided insights into areas of success and those that need further attention.

 

In the scope of this meeting, IBU welcomed the newly elected staff and the staff who have been promoted to new titles.

 

Finally, Mr. Festim Kamberi, the Head of the IT Unit, gave an in-depth presentation on the new features on the Hello system and IT infrastructure.
