Stress Awareness Day event at IBU

The Stress Awareness Day event at IBU, organized by the Student Wellbeing Centre, Counselling and Psychological Services, Career Services, and the Psychology and Education Club, was a highly successful initiative aimed at raising awareness about stress and providing students with practical tools to manage it.
