Legal Clinic Organizes Workshop on the Elements of Crime
Asst. Prof. Dr. Ebru Ibish, a member of the Faculty of Law and head of the IBU Legal Clinic, organized an engaging workshop on the Elements of Crime.
The event attracted over 90 enthusiastic students from the Faculty of Law, eager to deepen their understanding of criminal law.
During the session, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ibish explored key topics such as the essential elements of crime, as well as the principle of legality.
She provided valuable insights into how these concepts apply to real-life legal cases, offering students a practical perspective on the justice system.
The workshop also encouraged active participation, with students engaging in discussions and gaining a clearer understanding of these fundamental legal principles.
