The students from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Arben Halili, had the opportunity to visit the American company Lear Corporation. This company operates within the Technological Industrial Development Zone in Tetovo.

The main objective of the visit was to provide students from the Quality Management and E-Customer Management courses with insight into real business operations, covering all management steps from raw material delivery and processing, quality control, to the final production process and delivery of the product to the market.

By understanding the processes of quality control, line processing, employee effectiveness evaluation, and more, the students gained a clearer picture of the production operations within an international company like Lear Corporation, which operates over 54 production plants worldwide.

The students were welcomed by the plant manager, Mr. Vanja Stojanovski, and the presentation of the company's processes was led by Mr. Jasmin Jonuzi.
