The Mayor of the Municipality of Cair, Mr. Visar Ganiu, recently paid a visit to the prestigious International Balkan University (IBU), where he was welcomed with exceptional warmth and hospitality by the Rector, Prof. Dr. Lutfi Sunar, and the Secretary General, Mr. Metin Celil.

He was astounded by the state-of-the-art dental equipment and the clinic's ability to provide top-tier services to both students and the local community.
