15 July Democracy and National Unity Day commemorates the thwarting of the 2016 coup attempt in Turkiye, honoring the resilience of the Turkish people and their commitment to democracy.
This day also celebrates national unity and solidarity, remembering those who defended democracy with their lives. The program will feature distinguished speakers who will share their insights on the vital themes of democracy and regional cooperation.

This event is organized by the International Balkan University (IBU) and supported by the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) and the Union of Turkish Non-Governmental Organizations in Macedonia (MATÜSİTEB).
